- Garmin units were most prevalent and the 496 was #1
- 72% of respondents own or use a panel-mounted GPS
- Garmin units were again the most prevalent, and the 430 was #1
- More than half of respondents have difficulty getting their GPS to do what they want.
Now there's a solution! The new Max Trescott's GPS Guides for the iPhone and iPod Touch work equally well as self-learning guides and quick reference checklists. Organized by function, a menu tree structure makes it easy to drill down to find exactly what you need. Color screen images let you see how the GPS looks at each step in the process. Since iPhone users always carry their phone, pilots are never without GPS information when they need it.
More Than Just a Paper Checklist
Each page in the Max Trescott GPS Guides has detailed explanations and GPS screen shots, not just a list of steps. Tips are also included offering suggestions on how best to use the GPS. Plus you'll always have the most current information, since you can download application updates after new GPS features are introduced. Best of all, you can cut down on the bulk in your flight bag.
